Today I bagan having Drawing II students work on gesture drawings. Some of our goals being to be able to capture angles, weight, movement and motion rapidly, as well as to become better at blocking out compositions quickly so that eventually we will be able to do longer, deatailed figure drawings of models. These are a couple of sketches I did of our student model, Sasha today.
